Kymarah was very helpful throughout the whole process very easy and smooth. She helps you and guides you how the whole process work for loans. As a first time auto loan buyer I feel more comfortable with my payments because I know how it’s managed thanks to Kymarah.
Some managers, specifically Iris, will discriminate against young black people. Other managers have never held whole checks with no real explanation. Instead of taking the time to help customers understand, Iris was short and rude in the way she handled business. Even if the whole check is put on hold there is a professional way to deal with it, by providing a proper explanation. She seemed to believe we didn’t deserve the time it took to fully explain. Very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasant personality!!
My previous location was always friendly however, coming to summer wood branch was great. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Louise today. I’m honestly pleased when I meet genuinely friendly people and not speaking to a robot. Would definitely recommend this location because they go above and beyond.
