Horrible business practices
I came in the branch at Lake Houston and instantly received a warm welcome in by Iris. Iris was so helpful and attentive and resolved my issue in a few short minutes. One does not receive this type of help and kindness at other major banks. I am so glad I switch to Texas Bay!!! Also, to add. As I was leaving, there was an employee helping an elderly woman to her car. The gentleman had a black jacket, blue shirt and dark hair. I did not get his name, but I wanted to add that as well.
