Online banking is sub par. Getting a hold of a human is difficult. Overall not a great experience coming from different bank. I would've stayed with the other one even with higher interest rate was more worth it.. P.s. branch reached out to me directly and were extremely helpful. Shout out to Abby for excellent customer service.
