Great Gym
This is the best gym in Houston. If you’re prepping for a meet, you can’t get closer to competition standard than this gym. And there is a lot of hard to find equipment to try out that you can’t find anywhere else! 💯
Very Nice! The trainer does a great job at explaining everything exercise. He calm, patient and supportive. The atmosphere is nice & the music is on point!
