I just want to say how much I love this bank. The people here are very courteous, professional, consistent and very friendly. I started banking with them since 5 years ago every since Bank of America treated me and their customers horribly. I don't do mega banks like them no more. Here at TBT, they treat me like family and even greeted me. I even got my mom an account with no issues. I like this bank and the staff here, but I'm really disappointed with the account risk department. Somehow last few weeks, they took away my external transfer feature off my online banking. I call the customer service to speak with someone about getting the feature turned back on. One of the Customer service representatives puts me on hold instead of transfer me to that department. As soon as they got back the phone, I was told that I would be give a call back. After a week and half, I still haven't heard back nothing. So I ... read more

This bank has exceptional customer service. Hard to believe someone said worst. Don't let one bad apple spoil them all. And one experience define everyone. Every person I've spoken with has been exceptionally awesome. I'm not always the easiest person to deal with. Also frequent caller have trouble with technology.The best customer service.
