Opened an account just the other day, everyone was kind and very well mannered! The lady that helped me was very thorough in her explanations and made the entire process quick and easy. Overall very happy

Went to get a loan everything I wanted or need in the loan. I discussed clearly because I knew what I was capable of paying and knew what I was capable of getting myself into. After running my credit they said they could not do what we discussed. They denied me of what we discussed even though it was in writing the information that they gave me by to different employees at the bank. The bank teller at the drive-thru was extremely rude. She told me I couldn’t cash my paycheck there unless I had an account, even though the check is from their bank. I’ve cashed my check at this same location before without any issues and without having an account. Her attitude was unprofessional and uncalled for. I ended up going to a different branch and was able to cash it with no problems at all.
