Wish I never made business with this bank. Their online transactions is so glitchy, and when I call them they scold me saying that I should of just gave up when the error message comes up. So why even have online transaction? 2nd time it has happened, and its a large sum that they withdraw. But again they say it's my fault for not giving up.
