Attempted to go 4 times to this location, parking is non-existent every time I've gone. Always end up driving around the square multiple times just to give up and go to another location on Gladewater or Longview.
Reply Update: I know you have two other locations here in Tyler, but those are even worse locations. Both are at least 10 miles away from my home and with traffic it would take me 20 to 30 minutes just to get there. It would definitely be a five star place if it wasn't located downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I got what I needed done quickly. The only huge negative is that it's located downtown and trying to find parking is a absolute nightmare.

Very rude service as always ,last couple times I went new person treated me well but it was Gayle today ,I wish this bank nothing but positive energy into there employees ..!!
