We recently purchased a backyard playset from Texas Backyard Structures and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our sales rep, CJ, was incredibly helpful. We went to the location to check out the options available and Big Play CJ really went above and Beyond for us when finding the right fit for our family. Instead of purchase one playset for our girls CJ helped us purchase 2 display models for a cheaper price. It was a steal of a deal, he was patient and helpful all the way. An absolute pleasure to work with and the installation was a breeze because we rearranged it maybe 3 times on the spot 😅
Left the job unfinished and used sub grade wood with rot holes. Never responds to calls and references are bogus
We had an amazing experience with Texas Backyard Structures! Karla was so easy to work with and she helped us so much. The day they came to set up our playscape was seamless. The guys worked hard and fast to get the playscape built. We love it so much and so do our kids!
CJ was awesome, he helped us customize a set. He was super knowledgeable, and responsive. The installation team was super professional, and fast. The quality of the structure is really solid. Very happy overall!
