We had an amazing experience with Texas Backyard Structures! Karla was so easy to work with and she helped us so much. The day they came to set up our playscape was seamless. The guys worked hard and fast to get the playscape built. We love it so much and so do our kids!
CJ was awesome, he helped us customize a set. He was super knowledgeable, and responsive. The installation team was super professional, and fast. The quality of the structure is really solid. Very happy overall!
Ordered a shed from this company. Had to cancel due to the HOA not approving it. After a visit, a few calls and text messages to get a refund. Finally got it and found out the restocking fee is a WHOPPING 35%. Holy guacamole that's abusive. I was expecting 20% on the high end, but man. $1,000 for a restocking fee. The product didn't even leave their warehouse. One expensive lesson learned here. Never again.
This place was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. We had a ton of questions and they were very patient with us. Good product as well. Very sturdy and durable.
