We are completely pleased with Texas Back Institute
A lot of times we have to wait in Dr Arakal’s office, that’s a sign he’s a good dr. People in Wichita Falls are lucky he comes there so they shouldn’t complain about the wait. I have confidence in Dr Arakal and that’s important
Dr. Arakal was very helpful in getting me where and what I needed to do for my next step in finding what is wrong with my health.
Nurse Annie was a good listener and gave me good information. Dr Arakal also a good listener and honest enough to tell me he doesn't think my discs are causing the pain that I have. One complaint; the young man behind the glass would not slide open the door so I could hear him. I don't appreciate all the "covid" glass at reception! Other than that everything was perfection.
