Texas Back Institute has given me back my mobility after 12 years. While still recovering, I am stronger each and everyday. Professionals in every way.
Office staff and medical staff were awesome. The doctor was very clear with my issues and what needed to be done to correct them. He was very pleasant as well. Other than the wait, everything else was great!
From the first meeting on my diagnosis, treatment and prognosis post treatment, Dr Arakal and his staff were clear, and confident on what the plan was, all alternatives to the plan and shared the success rate on the procedure. All staff from medical to administrative have taken great care of my employers requested documentation and keeping me in the loop on all fronts. It's also handy to have the satellite office in Wichita Falls which saves hours round trip from the Texas panhandle.
