Excellent service and customer service
Went to an appointment. Was told they needed to get authorization for something and would call me back. Never heard from them. I called them and was told someone would call me back. Never happened. It’s been months. Maybe even a year. I also didn’t like the way I mentioned a pain to the doctor and his response was he thinks I’m just feeling things that aren’t there.
First visit. Great attitudes from everyone I met. From the front staff to the nurses and doctor. Nice to come in and see people happy. Makes the visit more enjoyable and less scary when talking about neck pain. -Kristine
