I am extremely disappointed with how this veterinary hospital handled my bird’s bloodwork. I paid for a chemistry panel, but two of the results came back as zero, including potassium. These results were obviously not accurate, and I was told that the hospital’s machine had malfunctioned. Since the testing error was caused by their equipment—not by anything I did—I reasonably expected them to repeat the incomplete and inaccurate panel at no additional charge.
