Amazing experience, the staff were very kind to me and gave my snake ample time to calm down and didn't stress him out in the new environment, they helped me with treatment options for him and helped clear up his RI so now he's back to being healthy an happy!
We brought our Lil man here and found out hes got gout. Working on getting him better, day by day. The staff here was great and vet very informative. A bit more money than I expected to pay but understandable.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept my wife and I updated with the status of one of our chinchillas and her progress of recovering. And were very helpful in showing us how to administer her medications, and the doctor that was over her care was very friendly and helpful as well, answering all of the questions we had for her. We drove 6 hours from out of state (no exotic vets to speak of) for their office and the emergency pet hospital next door to take care of her and we highly appreciate their help!!
I am so thankful for the entire team at Texas Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital. I have a 10 year old bearded dragon with some serious issues and they have been so very helpful. Every time I have a question or concern they listen and take time to get back with me every time. If she needs to be seen they have always made time to see her. It's a little expensive, but my little angel is so special to me and I am so thankful to have them here to help me understand what I need to know. Wonderful and educated staff! Clean facility and even has amenities in the waiting area. Beautiful decorations when you walk in & have impressive tech & equipment. Highly recommend to bring your exotics here.
