I was inclined to order because great prices, and good reviews for service. Unfortunately I experienced very poor communication when it came to sales. I am out of state, which may be the reason. I called in, a day after ordering online through their website, to check on shipping cost. At this time I was informed I would be called back within an hour, because they were in the field doing a repair. Owning an automotive repair business, it's very important to have a business like TXAEC to service and perform repairs on your equipment with excellent quality and pricing to match.
