Horrible Customer Service – My first experience with them from a purchase has been HORRIBLE. They really dont care about the customer after a purchase has been made, no windows for customer to get items looked at for warranty work so you get frustrated and NOT GO !!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!!!
NOOOOO Don't Go there! NNOOOOOO – How do these people sleep at night ripping elderly people off of thousands! who are they. They charge way to much and there material that they use rips within months. I went to another shop that I called at 713-861-0455 I believe the name is Galaxy Auto Trim I WILL NEVER GO THERE NEVER! THE EMPLOYEES TALK TO YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID
Great service from start to finish! – I recently had leather seats installed in my four door sedan. The owner and staff was very courteous and knowlegeable about the products. The phone operator answered my calls quickly and pofessionally every time. The owner reminds me of mattress mac, the way he approaches his customers and explains things. The boss is also friendly and hands-on; this is the best situation you can hope for these days!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY – High prices and poor workmanship. We had our truck for only a few months and the leather started tearing at the velcro under the seat. Yes - under the seat - not where you sit - not in reach of your feet either. They said there would not repair under warranty. $1800 leather seats that can not last 4 months - what a waste of money!!!
Did ok work but took advantage of situation – I had called Texas Auto Trim a few months back to get a quote on repairing a convertible top. I couldn't remember the exact amout but thought it was around $400. I finally got around to taking the car over there and made an appt for 7/24. I dropped the car off but did not confirm the labor rate (I supplied the parts). Around noon and 7/25 they call and quote me $625 for the job.
