I got a 2014 BMW 750LI. Loved the car. But started having engine problems 2 weeks after I drove off. The car was down almost 2 more weeks. Not happy at all. The Mechanic was slow and sometimes hard to get a hold of. Mike was ok he did pay for half of the repairs to the engine. Not great but not bad. I'm not sure how he inspects the vehicles but I would advise you to bring it to a shop u trust. The Question is would I by another vehicle there YES. On a scale of 1-10 I would give mike a 6.5. Last year, I took a big risk and flew 1,000 miles with a mechanic to “look” at a rare spec’d car that I found online. I put look in quotes because we didn’t have a return flight booked, and it probably would have cost thousands on such short notice. Mike communicated very well with me and even was open to negotiate on price even though I had almost no leverage. A year later and this is still a fantastic car.
