Aida was very helpful and professional and made my car buying experience great!
If I could give half a star, I WOULD! Bought a car in March and my license plate and tags still aren’t ready!! They provide me with a temp tag that expires EVERY FREAKIN MONTH! Absolutely ridiculous at this point!
Be careful. They had a great price on their vehicle and were willing to work on the price with me but when it came to giving me my plates, they dodged calls, said they would get back to be and never would. It took until my paper plates to expire for them to get off their behinds and actually go look for my plate that they magically found them. I wasnt born yesterday.
Thank you to the staff and Aida for all the help today buying my daughter a jeep. Recommended 100%
Great customer services punctuality on check with Mr.manuel he was helpful and understanding to work with. The attende clerk Aida in office was very smooth to work with as well and very efficient has great communication skills and determined to help you with your vehicle needs I appreciate the effort from Texas auto Deals thank you 🤝
