Well when I first walked in I wasn’t greeted at all the lady at the front desk with the dark eyebrows was very rude and not welcoming. Taking a vehicle here to get it repaired is already a stressful situation in its self. She doesn’t need to add more to it. Other than that the tech guy Gary was super helpful and friendly.
Very unhappy with service. 2 week body work and paint job took this shop 6 weeks to complete. Very poor communication. Very messy and sloppy work. Had to repaint truck 2 times. The technician and body shop guy does not know what they are doing. Left inside of my vehicle dirty from having dirty clothes on while entering vehicle. I do not recommend this body shop.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this place. I almost sued this man for doing very dirty and shady low quality work. The worst in town. 💯 edit 1: WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, worst place in El Pao Texas, you been warned. It’s not worth it. 💯
I was involved in a car accident. Texas Auto towed my car to their shop for free! Excellent communication, fast service. Left my car looking brand new! Would definitely recommend!
