My husband is 100% disabled veteran with mental difficulties. This state now has refused to correct his child support amount for TWENTY TWO MONTHS, while he’s on a fixed income. This place is worthless. I thought they help the custodial parent but instead all they say is they are not attorneys. You want something done you gotta hire your own private attorney. Otherwise you wait for the 3 year mark. That's right. They don't have to do a damn thing for you until the three year mark is up again to take your ex back to court. Why do we need them?
