We moved into an apt in 2020 and it was great. The office staff was amazing and so was maintenance. Air filters were provided, monthly pest control, dumpsters were emptied twice a week, the pet stations were cleaned regularly, lawn care was done, residents participated in decorating contests and toy drives during Christmas and the property manager (on site) always kept residents informed of any changes. On September 9, 2024 I put in a service order for a few things to include mold on all vents, a leak on the bedroom window, and to receive a new air filter. The same day someone on the maintenance team comes out and just sprays bleach on the mold in the vents. Then tells me he will come back to paint over the mold and to repair the leak.
