On September 9, 2024 I put in a service order for a few things to include mold on all vents, a leak on the bedroom window, and to receive a new air filter. The same day someone on the maintenance team comes out and just sprays bleach on the mold in the vents. Then tells me he will come back to paint over the mold and to repair the leak. Lived here for two years and when it’s time to move out I’m getting false information. Since the new ppl took over I don’t recommend. The sarcasm and the lack of care for the residents is sad.
Great floor models. Decent pricing for Hinesville. Office staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend if you need a 2 bedroom.
