Terrible repair company. Tried to move appointment multiple times and then told the warranty company a lie about my appliance being out of warranty. If you look below the only 3 positive reviews are from the same person (Tyson) and in 1 of them he is the owner and the other 2 he claims to be a customer

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE COMPANY. They came out assessed never ordered the part and completely ghosted us and whirlpool. Attempted to contact via email, phone, and text with absolutely no response to us or whirlpool. I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau. Especially when the second company came out with the part already in hand and apparently this is their M.O. and the other companies have to come out after they ghost whirlpool and customers alike.

This company never shows up for scheduled appointments. We have been trying to get a replacement part installed since June. Don't waste your time having this company at your house.

Just like the many other reviews this company is horrible. Fridge is under warranty and contacted them and they didn't show for both appointments with no reschedule and no call. Called many times with no response, will be reporting to BBB. Horrible, you're better off paying at this point.
