Super friendly and helpful.
I was really disappointed with Texas Amps & Axes' handling of cancellations and customer service. When a teacher cancels a lesson on the same day, they issue a credit—no problem there. But when a student has to cancel the same day (for legitimate reasons), there's no credit or makeup option, and the lesson is still charged. This policy feels one-sided and unfair, especially for families. Last week, two of my kids had lessons affected by this exact issue, and it was a complete waste of time and money. Absolutely love this music store! My son has learned so much through his ukulele lessons here. The staff is always warm and personable. Definitely the best place for music lessons in the area!
Our daughter really enjoys attending her voice class. Her instructor is really nice and really pushes her to experiment with her voice. I’m looking forward to hearing her perform.
