We found this title company to be very lacking in communication and follow through. Repeated requests for documents went unanswered. Finally received some documents via email after a week, but was told that they were so busy that the paper documents could not be mailed out. Very disappointed in the service at this title company. The lack of communication and response during the entire closing process is unacceptable.

During the sale of a family property in Harris County, the title company disbursed sale proceeds to pay a personal lien against one heir that was not recorded against the property, which reduced distributions to the other heirs. The only lien recorded against the property itself was a HUD-backed reverse mortgage.
