Came for a state track meet. Nice hotel but service is not great, especially for people of color. Noticeable difference in customer service throughout the stay. Booked through a third party and paid in advance but the hotel staff couldn’t figure it out. They tried to charge me again even though I already paid. Went downstairs and talked to two reps who assured me it was fixed. Time to check out and still not fixed. Enjoyed my 2-Day visit to this hotel. The rooms were very clean and service was was great! Absolutely loved the pool area!
