They got in quick when our kids were sick and care was thorough.
Clean environment. We have seen our nurse several times and each time she has been kind and thorough with our children, she explained things in clear and direct ways for the parents to understand. Most facilities that we have been to in the past have either rushed us out or did not respect our time and we would be kept waiting 30 to 40 minutes past our appointment. My son has been dealing with every little bug that has gone around this year since it is his first year in public school so we have had to make several appointments at Texas A&M Family Care. Every time I have called to schedule an appointment they have gotten him in fairly quickly There is never a long wait once there. The staff is always friendly. The drs have always diagnosed accordingly and answered all my questions they are also great with my kids.
Have always had great experiences here and it’s much closer to me than College Station!
The doctor is good but the staff is horrible. I have had nothing but problems with the staff. I called one time trying to get a prescription refilled, and got screamed at by Mellisa. I called another clinic to report her to someone higher up, and even they said they have nothing but problems with this clinic to include that they don't document everything in our records.
