Staff is always respectful and bends over backwards to answer questions. Very fast service. Love this group.
They got in quick when our kids were sick and care was thorough.
Clean environment. We have seen our nurse several times and each time she has been kind and thorough with our children, she explained things in clear and direct ways for the parents to understand. Most facilities that we have been to in the past have either rushed us out or did not respect our time and we would be kept waiting 30 to 40 minutes past our appointment. My son has been dealing with every little bug that has gone around this year since it is his first year in public school so we have had to make several appointments at Texas A&M Family Care. Every time I have called to schedule an appointment they have gotten him in fairly quickly There is never a long wait once there. The staff is always friendly. The drs have always diagnosed accordingly and answered all my questions they are also great with my kids.
Have always had great experiences here and it’s much closer to me than College Station!
