Staff is HORRIBLE. In Rockwall office. The nurse practitioners have been great.
Reviews are true! Just left this place after nearly arguing with the medical receptionist about waiting over an hour last week and still not being seen. Never anyone at the front desk when you arrive until maybe 30 minutes later. On top of that, asked for my insurance info AGAIN that I handed in at that same time that was never scanned in by the first receptionist.
