I didn't experience any problems when visiting this place. I didn't encounter any rudeness. The work was done quickly and professionally.
Definitely not the nicest people, just drink a lot of water before you go and park a few blocks away since walking is easier.
They were so rude to me didn’t give me any directions of any kind and when I didn’t do it perfectly they threw out the test and said sit and you have three hours to try again. So I go up in 20 mins because I have work soon. And she says “ you would be wasteing our time it has not even been 30min” so I asked oh I didn’t know that was the policy how much time do I have . “ oh really it hasn’t even been a full 20” and rolls her eyes. 90 precent of us aren’t criminals so why are you treating us like it ? Place smelled of urine, and the bathroom floor had urine all over it. Parking was also difficult, due to there only being a few parallel spots right in front of location which were occupied.
I don't know what all the bad reviews are about, but my experience was spot on! Went in for pre-employment drug test at 9:00am Tuesday morning, and by 9:10am I was walking out the door, wondering why all the bad reviews for this place! Two ladies, and one big dude with a beard, I started off with joking around, and they took to it! That's about as good of an experience as one could hope for!
