Didn’t like how I was repeatedly asked who was going to pay for them to tell me what was wrong with the unit. Every other time was , “who’s going to pay me?” “Are you going to pay me?” When he arrived after the scheduled time , then asked again, “who’s gonna to pay me?” That was not the right tone to set from the very beginning.
