I contacted Texas Air Co about an issue with our upstairs AC unit, which had frozen up and stopped working. Setting up the appointment was easy, and communication was excellent throughout the process. Brad arrived on time for our appointment, wearing shoe covers—which I appreciated—and carefully diagnosed our older unit. Technician was great. On time quickly finished the spring check-up. Found no problems and we are ready for Summer. I really like this prepaid service policy. Twice a year checks for a fair price. C'ya in the fall.
