The fan motor in my air conditioner stopped working, so I called a repair technician Alan (I hope I got his name right.). He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the broken motor with a new one. He and his team was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. My AC is now working again—highly satisfied with the service.
Edwin and Alan worked with me on price and warranty on a new evaporator coil for my air condition. They were efficient, and explained everything to me along the way. The drip pan had been installed incorrectly by a previous air condition company as well. They took care of everything in A professional manner. Would hire them again and highly recommend them.
I recently had Texas Air Comfort come out to help me with an issue with my system, which they were able to efficiently diagnose and resolve at a fair price. Their team members are very professional and I quickly gained the confidence to trust that they know what they are doing, which is the peace of mind I was looking for after having a poor experience with other AC companies.
