They keep telling me I owe them but haven't even been there and have never received a bill! I just tried to log on to see if there was anything outstanding I didn't know about but it keeps telling me the information I entered is wrong and i know it's correct!
Their way of showing what is owed and what I paid is mass chaos of the worst bookkeeping I have ever witnessed. I can and did show all printouts of the payments I made and even one payment was refunded for over payment and they still are hounding me that I owe money. What a joke!
They have me in collections also and never received a bill. This was back in 2019 when the so-called bill was not paid. Never knew it existed until I looked at my credit report. Sounds to me somebody didn't do their job and the customers are paying for it. Or, they took payment and pocketed the money.
Went in for a consultation years ago and paid in full now it's showing as a negative impact on my credit
In my opinion they do not even deserve 1 star. I called and spoke to one of their representatives and she said that they sent a bill out in the mail in July! It is July and I haven’t received anything. Her response was, “Well maybe it was lost in the mail!” What kind of people do this! I will no longer use this facility for anything for my family or myself again. I pay all of my medical bills and this is very irritating. I wouldn’t have known this; except I got a notice for an updated credit score.
