Extremely disappointed with our experience at Texarkana On-Site Truck Repair. We were quoted $800 for a repair, but when the work was done, the final bill came out to over $2,000 — more than double the original estimate. There was no clear communication about the added charges or any authorization for the extra work. This kind of pricing bait-and-switch feels dishonest and unprofessional. We won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly recommend others get any estimates in writing and be very cautious before doing business here.
