Didn’t have a good experience here, they wouldn’t do the testing I asked for because I am too young to get it done; and just told me to take MiraLAX and I just have constipation, I got put on Linzess which only made me sick after a few months, so I went to Tyler Texas for a gastro doctor, and got all my testing done, I had to get my gallbladder removed asap, and I have gastritis which I am being treated for by a different doctor. I would highly recommend Dr Elias I. Fanous Jr MD
Dr. Cozart’s NP, Robyn Williams, is fantastic. However, Dr. Cozart will change the patient’s treatment/diagnostic plan without ever contacting the patient or even having met the patient. If you question whether your treatment is the standard protocol for your condition, do not expect a warm reception or an answer to your question, which, in turn, can lead to an active infection continuing longer than necessary because no one is willing to do the appropriate research to treat a rare infection. I was referred by my PCP to see Dr. Olosunde as I was told she is an excellent doctor. I go in for my appointment today and was surprised when her NP (Holly Hockaday) walked in and said she'd be seeing me today. I was never informed of this and should have spoken up. This lady had absolutely no bedside manners and seemed less than interested in what I had to say. She asked me maybe 2 questions and was in and out of the room in about 5 minutes. Appointment for my wife at 10:30, now 11 and still waiting. If we were this late, we would be charged extra and rescheduled. Their time is important, but the patient’s time is not!!!
