Dr So takes time to listen and inform
The front office and scheduling is absolutely awful. I was scheduled and had to rescheduled, I responded to the text they sent as a reminder as requested for another appointment and had not heard back (I sent 5 total texts and each time they responded ith an auto response saying they would contact me). I sent 3 emails requesting them to call. I also left 4 VM messages and never heard back. I gave up and my PCP is sending me to another clinic in Longview. Been here lots of times they have always put up with me when I'm hurting an in a bad mood they are great at their jobs an they take good care of me. Can't say I love the place but I do appreciate the staff an my Dr
