Customer service representative Kimberley promised me she would call me back, but never called me back after calling and asking about removing some overdraft fees after money had been deposited the same day. The additional charges were never removed. I assume Kimberly had no intentions to help one way or the other. Plus, no one in Paris wants to take their debit card.TEXAR SUCKS.....RUN!!
So about 6 months ago they closed the local branch.now they slowly siphoning the money out of my account due to lack of activity. It is ashame that they care so little about the people that have done business with them for years. I have had 6 loans with them and now they lose all 9f my business over 30 dollars they felt the need to take out of my account. I wish I could give 0 stars I am so disappointed in the company. Don’t bank here. They charge you 2 separate ATM fees every time you pull out cash. You can call them all you want and they never answer the phone. There is no ATMs you can use and not get double charged on top of the ATM fee. The Paris branch closed so they told me they was going to refund me atm fees and never did. I am changing banks very soon.
