It is impossible to cancel personal training once you give them a credit card. I have not had personal training for 3 months, but they are still billing me. I have complained in person at the club, entered a cancelation online, reported the problem to my credit card company, and spoke to a class action attorney, all to no effect.
Disappointed, came to get a membership. Once established felt pressured to get a trainer, the associate even went as far as getting what he called the head trainer to speak to me. The trainer took over, I agreed to the once per week training session as he assured me he would be doing my first session. I’ve explained to him how disappointed I’ve been in my last few trainers etc and years ago I had an amazing trainer that no one else has lived up to.
