I went to EOS fitness and had my personal trainer Cole Armstrong help me out a lot, he noticed my mobility issues and his experience will definitely help me out towards my goals.
It’s discount lifetime fitness. The pool is green and the kids won’t change the water filters so every other week none of the water dispensers work. They “put in a work order” but it will be down for weeks. So bring your water from home, stay out of the pool and it’s pretty decent. If you’re counting on the pool for cardio learn to use the stairmaster.
