Ongoing billing scam – beware! I canceled my EOS Fitness membership according to their policy, but they continued billing me anyway. When I contacted them, they pushed me off to a third-party billing company, who then pointed the finger back at EOS. Eventually, EOS put me in collections over charges that should have never existed in the first place. I like to visit different locations in Houston, so keep an eye out for my review . Gym is clean, has a pool, but it is hard to access equipment during busy hours. I would say it's a good neighborhood gym, by far the 22314 FM 529, Cypress, TX 77433 is the best and biggest location so far. I wouldn't go out my way to come to this gym, not too say it's bad, but there's better locations. I'll give it a generous 7 out of 10.
