Enrolled with Texans Energy through the energy comparison website on a 12 mth plan been with them for about 9 months . They always work with me if need more time for my bill. Customer service is excellent! I will refer anyone to this company!

I have been with this company for over 6 months. I initially started with a PROMO plan I found on power2choose site. When it came time to renew I was more than satisfied with the rate offered to me for a full 12 months. I never have any problems calling in when I have questions. Each representative in the customer service department is really helpful and full of life each time I call. I only have positive things to say about Texans Energy.
Texans Energy is the best electric company I've ever been with. I lucked up on them 2 years ago and honestly they have the best rates my bills are always low and if I run into a bind I know I can call in and setup a payment arrangement with no problems. Hands down the BEST!!!
I have been a customer of Texans Energy for the past year. I became a customer through the Texas Power Switch Team because of a reverse auction for Farmers Branch, Texas residents. They performed seamlessly throughout the year. They reduced my cost of electricity by over 50%.
I just signed up for service, my paycheck was short and I called for an extension. I spoke to someone named Niki she was very friendly and I was able to get more time to pay my bill. There are some companies that will not work with you. But I’m happy this company will. I appreciate them greatly.
Horrible most unprofessional scheming and lying company in the most honest opinion possible. I called to transfer my service to a new address once my contract was up. Wasn’t aware that my energy rare was changing no one ever mentioned that it was changing or gave me the new rare at sign up for the new address. My lights were disconnected because they failed to set up my account correctly for my mail to come to my new address. Business response:
I finally got to talk to the lady in collections about the unauthorized use of my sisters card being set up for autopay and she laughed and told me she was not laughing. And told me that when I asked her to run the payment for the next day it was the same as setting up auto pay. I’m praying that this issue is looked into with this company and that everyone that has been misled or stole from by this company is refunded and taken care of. Because I have never had a issue like this with a business ever.
