Very predatory. Charged me $400 after fees to get me 11 minutes up the road from the tow site. Come to find out, they subcontract tow truck drivers. A driver from git-r-done came and got me and said he would have charged me $160. I would never use them again nor ever recommend them to anyone.
I used their towing service on my 18 wheeler and they stole my money, the service was 956 dollars and they did en extra charge of 519 dollars, they said because extra labor that the driver had to lift the truck to tow it, they are thieves don’t use them.
I called for a tow and they charged me $200 stating they would be there in 40 minutes 1 hour later the dispatch called the driver the driver said he just got the call and would take around 2 hours to get to me from Sugarland not Houston do not use this service took them 5 days to reimburse me
Texans Crown Towing didn't just fail me, they cost me time, money and stress in a situation where I was already stranded and vulnerable. I waited over THREE HOURS for them. Three hours. Stranded. No show. My mechanic, a genuinely good human being had is team stay an entire hour past closing time waiting for a tow truck that never came. I had to tell him to go home.
