I used their towing service on my 18 wheeler and they stole my money, the service was 956 dollars and they did en extra charge of 519 dollars, they said because extra labor that the driver had to lift the truck to tow it, they are thieves don’t use them.
I called for a tow and they charged me $200 stating they would be there in 40 minutes 1 hour later the dispatch called the driver the driver said he just got the call and would take around 2 hours to get to me from Sugarland not Houston do not use this service took them 5 days to reimburse me

No show. My mechanic, a genuinely good human being had is team stay an entire hour past closing time waiting for a tow truck that never came. I had to tell him to go home. Absolutely sucks. Horrible service cost so much more than the other towing companies in this area. It wasn’t even Texas crown that showed up it was some other company that didn’t have insurance and refused to pay for damages they caused to my truck. Call a legitimate company that’s actually in your area. Much better service that way.
