Eric (bank teller)at the Irving branch is the best associate their is...He is always helpful and friendly and full of joy...he provides the best customer support experience ever!
I came in to the Irving branch for the first time because I had to get a new card. I mentioned I had a ton of recurring payments that might be affected by having to change cards. Not only did they get me in and out in just a few minutes but Eric took the time to print a list of my recurring transactions just to make things easier on me. I see why they have so many branch of the month trophies lined up with quality employees like Eric working there.
