If I could give zero, I would give0 /10. Be very careful when taking a loan from this bank. I was charged interest from the day I received the funds, but this was never clearly explained or discussed with me, not mentioned on documents, and it was not disclosed in a transparent way during the process. I was also charged additional fees that were not properly communicated. Make sure you ask detailed questions and review everything before signing.
The best customer service experience at this location every time I come in. All of the staff are great but Eric truly stands out, he is just such a light. He is always working & always so kind & helpful. I look forward to seeing him every time I come in! Thank you for a great banking experience thus far! ☺️
