Absolutely joke company. Only thing they able to tell you is 7-10 days I repeat please save yourself a headache and don’t not bank with Texans credit union… you will regret it later I promise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They were sending me letters letting me know I missed insurance payments. I was not home for months(50$ was owed) so I was not aware this was happening. They then repo’ed the car and told me I had to pay the entire loan or else car was being taken. I’m pregnant and really needed the car. Worked some stuff out and was able to get the full amount but the final 10k would not hit my account until about 1 hour after the deadline… I pleaded with them to give me till end of day but one lady hung up on me, another one told me she ha... read more

Shady practices with fees on loans. Cant get anyone on the phone. Avoid this place. Edit: I was called and rudely harassed by a staff member of the credit union until I eventually hung up on them.
