The customer service is impeccable. I enjoyed working with Las Colinas before the merger but it has been a smooth transition to Texans.

Mariela Figueroa is the BEST,, She was substituting in Carrollton Branch last week and helped me get a loan. She was excellent in guiding me through the Process. She made several recommendations to save me money and I got the loan almost instantly. Only took a few hours. I have also borrowed from Texans to purchase my last 2 cars. Thank you Mariela!
If I could give this specific location a 0/5 I would. Been nothing but problems after problems with this credit union. Specifically this location. So many unnecessary fees and when my husband and I SIGNED to stop the fees a NEW fee would pop up. We would have to physically go to the branch to get the fees explained to us. Then after we got that one situation handled, a different fee popped up on our account, taking our money.
