Destiny addressed my issue immediately, offered a great solution and suggested a new account product to meet my needs. I went in to cancel my account and left a dedicated customer. Excellent customer service!
Had a great experience with Sable opening a checking, savings, and CD. She was very helpful, explained things clearly, and made us feel like we were at home. Would highly recommend!
I was attended by Destiny Goings and she wasted our time giving us false hopes of approval for credit for nearly 2 hours and told me she would get back with me. After 2 emails and following up she completely stopped responding to requests via email, she opened my credit line and now its on my credit report. This is beyond unprofessional and irresponsible. The worst place to go.
Excellent support from Destiny Goings. I am new to TCU and had to deal with a death in the family. Destiny helped me along the way to get set up and explained all the services that TCU provided. She was just amazing during a very difficult time. Made the probate process bearable.
