We have been at Texans Credit union since 1996 it has been a great experience. The staff is pleasant and helpful always. We are product to call Texans CU our home for banking
Worst experience I have ever had. The person helping me was Roger Ortega. Was approved for a car loan on January 20th and did my paper work. Roger got my information from my bank account. Was told my plates would be mailed to my residence. Called Roger 2 weeks after paper work was done. He told me he would call me back. I had to call Roger a week later. Was told there was an error with the tax office place. Was told to get insurance on the vehicle if not I would be charged a penalty if vehicle was not insured. I told Roger t... read more
Destiny addressed my issue immediately, offered a great solution and suggested a new account product to meet my needs. I went in to cancel my account and left a dedicated customer. Excellent customer service!
Had a great experience with Sable opening a checking, savings, and CD. She was very helpful, explained things clearly, and made us feel like we were at home. Would highly recommend!
