I had a great experience with this shop. They did quite a bit of work on my Lexus and handled everything professionally from start to finish. The biggest thing I appreciated was how quickly they got the repairs completed and how smoothly they worked with my warranty company to get everything taken care of. They kept me informed throughout the process, were honest about the work that needed to be done, and made what could have been a stressful repair experience very easy. My vehicle coded, I had it analyzed. I also asked to check the steering system. The shop was busy and we scheduled for the next day. The next day I drop the vehicle off and the analysis and inspections. was done.
Despite what others say I found the manager’s communication a bit lacking in terms of customer service. He seemed annoyed at times and it was kind of disorienting to talk to him. There were times I would ask him questions and he would come off as kind of dismissive and sometimes not give me answers.
