Absolutely horrible service. We had a new roof installed a little over a year ago. We had multiple leaks after that. We contacted the company to come out and fix them and they never got fixed. We have contacted will multiple times and have been ignored. I sent them the bill for my Sheetrock that had to be replaced because of a roof leak and again we were ignored. DO NOT USE this company unless you want to have continuous issues with a leaking roof every time it rains
Will from Texana was fantastic to work with! He was knowledgeable and efficient. His roofers were quick clean and did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend them!
The warranty repair got a really good answer. About six years ago, my roof was fixed. During the last windstorm, we lost a good piece of roof shingles. I called Oswego Roofing, and in a few days, they came and fixed everything. I was very surprised that you got back to me so quickly.
We liked that they were thorough and paid attention to the little things. Our roof has a low slope and a number of skylights, so installing ice/water shield and the right flashing was very important to us. The new style of roof shingles is nice.
