Was told I was going to get an actual evaluation to be diagnosed after the intake appointment. Did not happen. Dr just went off a paper from my intake appointment and put me back on meds I was already on for an illness I clearly don’t have. I have adhd not bipolar. I’m gonna continue care long enough to get everything transferred to a pcp and let him continue my meds. I’ll be going to a pcp to get my adhd treatment.
Don't bother. I just tried to make an appointment and they don't do appointments at all. It's 1st come 1st serve only. Which is asinine, especially for mental health care. Absolutely worthless!!!
The most unorganized place I ever use, 0 customer service, no benefit of the service with them, long time wait for any service even if you have schedule appointment. my advice for them to shut done or if you care about your self don't west your time and find different place that will serve you with good manner.
My caseworker Cassandra is very kind! She went above and beyond the other day taking me to a clinic for my high blood pressure spent half of the day running me around to help me with my prescriptions very grateful!
Good intentions, bad people.
