Questionable organization. Why once authorities are involved is there sum reason for instegation tactics like I'm being interagated before I'm ever athe comon practice?

Was told I was going to get an actual evaluation to be diagnosed after the intake appointment. Did not happen. Dr just went off a paper from my intake appointment and put me back on meds I was already on for an illness I clearly don’t have. I have adhd not bipolar. I’m gonna continue care long enough to get everything transferred to a pcp and let him continue my meds. I’ll be going to a pcp to get my adhd treatment.
