My family and I bank here and have always had a great experience With the staff, I was greeted with a warm smile, and left with a “have a great day” but here recently, they’ve got a girl at the drive-through (Alex) I think , that is always rude. as if It’s an inconvenience to make A transaction I understand everybody has a bad day, but it’s every time. I have recently stopped banking there, my mom and sisters will do the same. Gilmer Road branch is cool
