I’ll start by saying when this company initially came out they were very professional and the price for their service seemed reasonable. But on the first visit, one of the owners of the company who was there switched some of the settings on our waterfall in order for us to operate it easier. I know the intentions were good, but he messed up the system in the process and the waterfall as well as the slide did not work at all.
