I have been trying to get in contact with this company to start service. A few weeks ago, I contacted them but no answer, I left a voice mail but no one ever reached out to me. Days later I sent them a text, still no one reached out to me. I decided to try and call again, finally someone named Monica picked up the phone but I needed my payment info since she said we could run the payment through the phone, I called back to do that and again, no answer. I recently had my backyard mosquito system repaired by Luis, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Luis was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, and even provided helpful maintenance tips. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended! The second time I had another technician, Cornelius Johnson who reset our system and was able to fix the problem immediately. Great technician and fast service.
Absolutely love having this system. I have created a backyard man sanctuary and this system has helped tremendously. There will always be rogue mosquitos because neighbors don't have the system, but I will ALWAYS recommend getting the system. My system covers my entire backyard and I can say I am able to sit comfortably out doors in the evening enjoying a beer and a ball game. 🥎🥍
We love our outdoor misting system. Really takes care of the gnats and mosquitoes . Quality service and system. Highly recommend
