Honestly, I don't understand why there are so many good reviews about Texan Insurance Agency. This company has gone downhill quickly in the past 2-3 years. They were great when I first signed up with them but after a year or two, their service is become unbearable. Last year in 2023 when insurance rates were going up the roof, I contacted them for a reshop. It took them several weeks and they were unable to find lower rates for me. The customer service is the best! Rates are very competitive and I’ve have seen the rates lower then others with the same coverage!
Told their office numerous times that I am not renewing with the insurance company they recommended because they raised rates by 65%. Yet the incompetent Lilia or whatever did not process my request. They do not know what they are doing, bait and switch and so many people have their hands on your policy none of them know what the other is doing. superficial friendly, severely incompetent. Very frustrated, how many times do you have to tell them you are not renewing? then get an invoice. Find another agent.
Unprofessional, manager never returns complaint calls and the one time I was able to speak to her she sounded as if she couldn’t care less. Sales opportunity was missed with me. Do not recommend.
