Texan Hyundai has a lovely waiting area. It’s unfortunate that their service staff doesn’t live up to that standard. One gets the feeling that they have no respect for their customers once the sale has been made. Several months ago, I received a recall notice for a backup camera issue. I dutifully took the car in and was told the part would be ordered. I contacted the service department for the following two months, but no part ever arrived. If you want to experience the stereotypical car salesmen go here. I walked out because they didnt respect my time and they offered nearly 3,000 under what my trade-in is worth per my carfax. I don't do business with humans like that.
