Erik needs more training. Made an appointment to get my car inspected in case there was mechanical damage from an accident. Erik needed my claim number so I gave him that for him to call my insurance. He couldn’t get it because of the AI system at the beginning. Texan Hyundai has a lovely waiting area. It’s unfortunate that their service staff doesn’t live up to that standard. One gets the feeling that they have no respect for their customers once the sale has been made. Several months ago, I received a recall notice for a backup camera issue.
