Dropped off our 2012 softaill which had a bad voltage regulator, within 15 minutes new service manager Justin called and said during there check in process the brake lever, shifter linkage and clutch lever all had some kind of problem with them and he ask if we wanted them to do 20000 service with the bike having 18000 miles on it. I told him no just fix the electical problem that covered by the warrenty. The bike had just been check in at Woodland Harley a week prior and no mention of all these problem exisited. It might be a bit pricey but after your first warranty repair, the $50 won't seem like much after you find the original bill would have been over $1200.00. Anything you can get these days for that much discount can't be all bad. The whole warranty price for the whole year wasn't that much!
TOOK MY BRAND NEW BIKE (NOT PURCHASED THERE) IN FOR SERVICE CONCERNS. IT HAD APPROX 600 MILES ON IT.THE AIR CLEANER WAS LOOSE AND I HAD OTHER CONCERNS I LEFT IF FOR THE DAY CAME TO PICK IT UP THEY SAID THAT WOULD BE FIFTY DOLLARS!!!!.I TOLD THEM THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE THEY TOOK THE BIKE IN!! THE SERVICE GUY LOOKED IN HIS WALLET AND SAID THAT OK HE WOULD PAY FOR IT. I WAS OUTRAGED NOW INSULTED. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE IT IS A DIRECT RESULT OF POOR MANAGEMENT,
One of the worst phone experiance i ever had, was on hold for 10 min four times some asked if i needed help. everytime i was put back on hold. finnally some one picked up from the parts told him what i was looking for, the parts guy said "good luck". He continued to look up the part and i can still hear him complaining about he will get to something after this call. He said he did not have in stock but can order, and the price was $60.00 cheapper at other locations i do not even think he looked up the part!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great selection of bikes. Have had great service from the parts department and the personnel in apparel are always helpful and friendly
