What started as a great conversation with Mike Nish and a very helpful person has deteriorated for absolutely no reason. I did exactly as they ask in trying to get a screen repaired and now no one will respond to a call or text. I just need to know status of getting a Universal screen repaired that failed after only 6 months of use. Though it should be covered under warranty, I have told them I happy to pay for the repair and need it back before a party we are about to have. Now Mike nor Universal will return my call.
