This experience was a masterclass in how not to run a repair business. When they first came to replace my driver-side window, the glass they brought had a massive scratch on it. Not subtle. Not “if you look closely.” Massive. I had to point it out myself and tell them to get a better piece. Quality control, apparently, is optional. Due to my run in with multiple rocks on the highways, I have been to Texan several times. I've had windshield replacements and minor chips fixed as well. They have always taken such good care of me. The repair work is done perfectly and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend!
