What started as a great conversation with Mike Nish and a very helpful person has deteriorated for absolutely no reason. I did exactly as they ask in trying to get a screen repaired and now no one will respond to a call or text. I just need to know status of getting a Universal screen repaired that failed after only 6 months of use. Though it should be covered under warranty, I have told them I happy to pay for the repair and need it back before a party we are about to have. Now Mike nor Universal will return my call. This experience was a masterclass in how not to run a repair business. When they first came to replace my driver-side window, the glass they brought had a massive scratch on it. Not subtle. Not “if you look closely.” Massive. I had to point it out myself and tell them to get a better piece. Quality control, apparently, is optional. After the replacement, the window rattled loudly, so I made the mistake of going back to the shop expecting it to be fixed.
