I live out of state but I have been dropping in at Texan Fitness every time I am in town to visit my family for the past few years! The coaches are competent and able to answer any questions you have about form/scaling/accommodations and the members are always super friendly. Today was my first drop-in with my 6-month baby boy joining me and everyone was so welcoming and even took the time to soothe my baby when he started crying so I could finish my workout without interruption. As someone who travels regularly for work, I'm constantly on the lookout for local CrossFit gyms in order to stay active when away from home. The folks at Texan Fitness, from their owner Matthew, to Coach Aaron, to all the members I met could not have been more welcoming. One of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of dropping into over the years!
