Great customer service and nice selection of glasses
I have not been to an eye Dr. In a long time for many reasons and 1 was fear. I love this place! The staff is sweet, smart, fast. I was explained everything and was walked through exactly what my insurance would cover, ect. I highly recommend Texan Eye!
Semi- fast service, quiet place. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.
Very disappointed in Dr. Neimann. He refused to re-examine my eyes after I told him the prescription from one of their doctors in Austin was wrong. I went twice asking for a re-examination and he refused. I finally had to find another eye doctor to examine my eyes and I got the proper prescription.
Wonderful frame selection. Horrible I repeat horrible phone system. Can never get a person to answer all calls go thru austin and never get a call back. The operators are ride and would not put me thru to anyone in charge or anyone who could look up my name and account. Why take my name when it never mattered. As a i finally get to pick up my new glasses I will report a review on quality of lenses.
